1. Information Collection

Vurgil (Vurgil Legal Services, PLLC) collects PII and health data exclusively to process federal SSDI claims.

2. Data Security

Data is protected using enterprise-grade encryption. If your claim is declined/withdrawn, Vurgil will automatically purge your PII after 90 days.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell data. Sanitized profiles are shared with vetted partners for co-counsel.

4. SMS Communications

By submitting your claim, you consent to receive automated text updates. Reply STOP to opt out.
